You can call me silly, but if you show me a photo of Nazi camps saying that's Nanjing massacre, sorry, I have to doubt. It would be silly not to doubt. Just because there is large scale violence doesn't mean we can lose our head and quickly be misled by doubtful evidence, be it intentionally or innocently introduced. This I believe is one of the photos that appears to prove that the toll of Uyghurs killed in Shaoguan was higher than reported. It looks to me that it is the scene of an accident. Hence the white gloved traffic cops. You can see what looks like parts of a motor scooter in the road: the small rear trunk and the front fender. The 3 were likely thrown off the bike when it collided with the car in the picture. Also, the sanitation worker in orange is wearing the type of hat seen in south China, not in Xinjiang. It looks more like a car accident. Notice the man on the left with an orange jacket holding a dustpan. He is a typical street cleaner. I don't think he would be holding his dustpan during or near the site of a riot, nor is he likely to be allowed to go near the scene of a riot with his dustpan, especially when there are cops (two on at the top) around. Also, those cops are in the typical traffic police uniforms. They don't look like riot police at all. People in this photo look more like casual bystanders of a car accident.
