If they are terrorists, they should be punished(in US or in China). If they are not terrorists, they should be released several years ago, and they have the right to enter US. But you know, US gov, congressmen and american people oppose them to enter US. Actually British and German govs also oppose them to enter their countries because they were trained in terrorist camp.
